In this video I am showing you one of the latest additions to Microsoft Teams group of actions in Power Automate. The "Respond in Teams task module" action allows you to display a confirmation message for the "For a selected message" trigger.
Chapters:
0:00 Intro
0:47 Demo
2:58 How to use the action
7:57 Demo 2
9:22 Wrap-up

Great video, but how do you share these triggers with other users? or does each maker have to recreate them each time?

Unfortunately that's like with most of Power Automate scenarios. They work per user context. So yes, if you need to trigger process on responses sent to a message from another user, they must build a flow. Maybe usage of webhooks could help.

Hi, can you help me in adaptive cards, if I am selecting 'Yes' in option then it will show one set of question, if I am selecting 'No' it will show other set of questions. Please help me on this.

That is not feasible, the action.showCard can be bound to buttons only, not optionSet. So you should add buttons for each option and re-design the card.
