I think this movie was extremely symbolic. The guy stalking her was her private demon, her karma. She started to go insane from it, hence the park ranger and Tracey. The man gave people what he deserved. He was a symbolism of karma.

Yea but if u stay off the road a few hundred feet you could make it pretty far, at least to a main road. Her staying in one spot for hours (days? I don’t remember) is sheer stupidity.

Wrong turn 4 and 5 are equally messed up as rest stop. Lets take a closer look W turn 5: he gutted her and put her own guts in her mouth W turn 4: they skinned him alive, snd with a closeup camera we were forced to watch how pieces of meat are cut from his live body, then the body parts were fried in oil and eaten. Rest stop 1: he cut out his tongue snd sewed up his mouth, then set up nicole to kill her boyfriend Then tracy kress got tortured to death and puked up liters of blood. Both fucked and messed up, all three.

This movie is really scary- especially, because some of the tormentions done to the locked up girl and to Jessie were done to some poor victims of psychopaths in reality. I feel uncomfortable, going on watching. Still I want to see the ending...... When people say, they think this is not a scary movie, I think they might lack of empathy? But I still think, this will end in some kind of "this is hell"-movie. Let's see.
