I am always unpacking and this video will be just that. I was ready to do a whole vlog going to the library but instead, I went off on a tangent in my car. I felt a weight lift off my shoulders as I started talking, which became the most part of the video. I listed two or three reasons why I left my most recent job. Sadly, this was not the goal but the job became unbearable for the phase I am in my life. The stress was not worth the salaried salary. NO JOB WHERE YOU HAVE TO TAKE WORK HOME SHOULD NOT BE SALARIED. I don't know who created that mess.

Thank you so much for sharing. You may want to consider hospice nursing. I listened to all of your nursing adventures. I was considering dialysis nursing to end my career, but I’m hearing similar stories as yours. Your story sounds so much like mines when I was younger and my family was young. Hospice nursing saved me!! And many other nurses with young families. Hospice may sound sad, but it’s not. Try it with a large reputable company. You won’t go through the drama. Lots of family dynamics, but a full team to help you…it has to be a large reputable company though. You can even do hospice triage and work from home. I’m thinking twice about Davita though. Thanks so much and I wish you all the luck in finding your place in this nursing field. But I guarantee you that a strong hospice agency will change your life. Or you can do hospice admissions nurse. 1-2 admits equals 8 hours. And there’s always overtime. Look for an agency where the staff have been there for years…Blessings ❤

Thank you so much for watching and giving me warm wishes. Really appreciate it. I agree. I plan to venture into that area, once I find a reputable company. It is not the easiest because of where we are currently living. While the area is developing, the opportunities are limited. There are agencies with openings but the pay is not the best right now. But this will be an area I will focus on when we do move. I am currently going back to PRN in psychiatry, which will allow more flexibility for myself and my family. Again thank you so much.

Love hospice! Switched to dialysis but I'm thinking of going back as hospice is only field I loved and surgery so far. What kind of hospice do you do?
