Restaurant Manager Jobs at Cheesecake Factory 

This company is nice to work at but wages are too low for the amount of work you do as a line cook

I love this company, I've working there for the last 17 years, and I'm still in love with his culture, people is not always in a good attitude but I like to work there.

I currently am a Designated Trainer here And it’s been quite a ride for sure

I was a KM for Cheesecake and it was not good. After the three month training period was over, so was the honeymoon. My shifts were switched constantly. I would show up for a shift only to be told they switched my day off. They promise to only work you 55hrs a week but that didn’t happen either. Me and another KM both quit within a day of each other. I would not recommend working here.

I would love to work here. I'm going to college to learn how to cook so far I'm doing well but I haven't given up yet.

Beautiful dishes presented in an exciting, upbeat atmosphere sells. And I get that food safety isn't all that...but it still is important. None of those CCF executive chefs working in the kitchen wore hair restraint - like BOH hourly team members are required to - and again in this video I saw bare hand contact...dude slicing tomatoes (0:07) on a green cutting board...with ready-to-eat food. Methinks Al B. your VP Food Safety & QA would be more than a little disappointed. Do better CCF Marketing, Culinary and Ops. Do it for guests like me. We all deserve better!

I worked at the Cheesecake Factory as a hostess hours aren’t great believe it or not for the amount of work they want you to do they push to work hard but yet the hours aren’t the greatest discount isn’t that much as it should you should get free food and you don’t the company makes so much money they don’t want to pay for anything managers have there favoritism to some it sucks

Was an employee before, I need to learn more about culinary arts. It’s hard for me to move up the ladder, it must take time

jimmyt3411 hey man I just got a job at the cheesecake factory in Atlanta what where your hours and they told me I wouldnt get out until like 230 in the morning so whould I work 12hr shift for 5 days getting paid overtime or would I work for like 3 days and have 4 days off. I just got hired so I wanna know how the pay and hours works. Thanks

First time I ever ate at a Cheesecake Factory was tonight and that is the last time I will ever eat there. The atmosphere is too snobby. I could hardly wait to leave. I only went there because that is where my daughter wanted to go for her birthday but never again will I go to that snobby hypocritical place.

Lol I hate working at a job, that forces you to do group photos and unnecessary activities that doesn't involve working there...why can't I just clock in work and then leave..😅

it sounds great, but the fucking money they pay is bad, i worked for that company in edina mn, ans they treat people just like shit, it sounds bad, but it is the real thing behind the restaurant business

big menu = reduced freshness, support your local restaurant not this forced feeding factory
