i have an interview there tomorrow and I have high hopes. I worked at starbucks for almost 2 years and I can handle fast paced stressful environments. I applied for like 7 positions so i’m hoping it’s an easy hire.
@@LuckyGhoul619 wait really? How do they have control over your social media? I keep all my stuff very private so even if they went searching they wouldn’t find much. They asked me for an interview to be a cashier and I’m still iffy about it.
Came here to see what the actual process of a baker was because yesterday I had an interview with the most condescending manager I've ever met. He legit told me (a professional barista and someone who bakes and decorates cakes in her free time for years now) said it will be "a little hard for you" 🥺 what a joke. @@abenawilliams6395 The location I'm working at, the work and money can be good sometimes. There are times where were very busy; but didn't get paid the much in tips. Almost the entire management team sucks.
I got hired as dish-I’m moving to cheesecake from bonefish grill (I do prep and dish at bonefish). I just hope I’m not miserable, the coworkers I have at bonefish don’t know how to act like adults-for the most part. Won’t pick up after themselves, they drop so the thing they leave it, and the servers can’t figure out to stack dishes, they’ll have a big plate next to big plate instead of on top. It’s baffling. I am quick at dish, close at 10pm and I’m out at 10:15-10:30 even on a busy night. I’m hoping Cheesecake Factory’s employees are team players
The money varies. I'm a busser and host there, so the tips depends on how much you customer(s) tip or if they tip at all. You'll tend to make more on a night shift, more than a morning shift, depending on which one you work at and how busy it is But you'll have to tipout the bussers, food runners, and bartenders a certain percentage and the amount you give them are based on how high your sales are

@@KyleazajacYou're welcome!! Yeah, the money over there can be a blessing and a curse sometimes. There are times where bussers make more than the servers because every each one of them has to tipout the bussers and bartender.

No, they don't. I'm a busser there and the dishes are for the dishwasher team. Depending on which one you work at, you'll have to clean every single table, reset them all, dumps the teas pitchers and jugs, then clean them, clean the coffee and tea machine, remove dishes and garbages from bar, reset silverware trays, put away fake candles, and pick up any menu, silverware, or linen you see on the floor. All Cheesecake Factories have different rules

@@sweetheart14351 You're welcome!! I wouldn't say hard, but it's a lot of work and can get stressful on busy nights. The host will mainly be on your ass about tables getting cleaned, since they need them more than anyone else. It's not easy when you first start; but after a few more shifts, that's when you'll get the hang of it. This position requires lots of speed and non-stop work(when it's busy), so be prepared for that. Idk how other locations are, but you'll be training for, at least three days with different coworkers. Your team will show you around the restaurant; learning all table numbers and sidework This is also my very first job.
@@sweetheart14351 Also, be prepared for when you keep constantly hearing complaints from servers and hosts, about tables not being cleaned on time. Like I said before, different locations = different people, so everyone is the same
Never wanna go to that place ever again the waitress and host there were so damn disrespectful, and forced me to pay more tip when I gave enough ….!!!!
Usually restaurants don't take drug tests because it will be hard to find people to wash dishes dishwasher wouldn't last that long 😂 people can't handle it hardest job in a restaurant is a dishwasher without dishes then there be will nothing 😂
