Pancit Malabon is a popular Filipino noodle dish that originated from Malabon City in Metro Manila, Philippines. It is made with thick rice noodles (similar to udon), a rich and flavorful seafood sauce, and various toppings such as shrimps, squid, smoked fish flakes, sliced pork, and chicharon (crispy pork rinds).
🥤 Ingredients :
1 kilo Pancit Malabon noodles
1/2 kilo shrimp cooked and shelled
3 Mama Sita's Palabok Mix
1 Piece Knorr Shrimp Cube
1 tablespoons Mama Sita's annatto powder (achuete)
2 small head garlic crushed
2 Pieces Onion
1 kilo tinapa deboned and flaked
4 Cups chicharon crushed finely
2 Patis (fish sauce)
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
4 hardboiled eggs peeled and slice
1/2 Cup Spring Onion
8 Cups Water
