Theres a lot of them who are responsible for 90% of the problems and they blame it all on the chef. Meanwhile the chefs are underqualified, overworked, lack staff, lack funding, have no control over the menu or all of those...

I've seen so many episodes where parents don't trust their adult children to do anything. The ONLY reason you wouldn't have faith in them is if YOU failed them. It's literally your job to teach them to thrive on their own. Parents, learn from their mistakes and allow your children the freedom to learn.

11:10 i didnt know what blackened meant so I googled it: Blackened chicken (/shrimp etc.) is what the waitress is thinking of, which is where the chicken looks kind of burnt but its really the types of spices having a darker colour after being cooked so it looks burnt. Blackened steak means its cooked at a very high heat so the outside is almost burnt, but the inside is medium rare

the worst part about these is I've learned nice ways/tricks to reheat food in the microwave so it comes out good, such as different containers/wet paper towels etc.

Yeah food i eat and i think are good, Gordan wouldnt throw a rock at it lol i eat a lot of fast food and processed food but in the back of my head is always Gordan Ramsey going off the deep end because im enjoying taco bell or canned chili like its made from scratch 😂😵 i cant say much about these owners because i know NOTHING about good food. I shop at walmart and i grew up eating cheep crap. Its what we could afford really

@insomniac2742 it's all good bro, in times like these, just remember Gordon grew up, not that well off in Scotland, enjoying chip butties and spam and sausage rolls and maybe even frozen fish fingers. I guess he just happened to train and have a career in fine dining, and probably just has a higher standard for restaurants that claim they have good food.

To be honest, I haven't use a microwave in months. Just a little bit of effort in the oven and/or stovetop and many meals can come out almost as good as the day I got them.
