Restoration Industrial Presses Burned By Fire - Help: Reuse, Repair Industrial Presses Broken By Fire
I was asked to help a machine that was damaged by a fire in the factory. The machine was completely destroyed by fire. It is very difficult to restore that device. Some parts are not sold in the store. The machine was built with some special features. I took a lot of time to fix it. The machine was able to operate after days of repair. I transferred the device to the factory to continue production. Thanks for watching my video.

Grease was found inside the motor. Sealed bearings needed to be replaced!!!!! Dont resell this item until that has been done!!!!

Did not rewind the stator? Although it looks undamaged, the insulation may be faulty, causing risk of fire / electrical shock / short circuit.

Μάθαμε τώρα "rewind the stator". Τα κάνει ο Mr. Electricity και πρέπει να το κάνουν όλοι δηλαδή;? Μια χαρά ήταν ο στάτορας - φαίνονταν εξάλλου. Καθόλου δεν χρειαζόταν να ξανατυλιχθεί.

As you well said in your first comment, stator looked undamaged. There's no need to replace undamaged parts. It costs time, hard work and money. With so much work on the rest of the machine, i think he won't let the stator in bad condition. Besides he had the close look, the rest of us can't see much in the video.

@@AiantasD The cracks in the enamel may be unvisible (too small), but still conductive. A high voltage insulation tester would reveal them, but he probably did not use one.

1.Щетка НЕ СНИМАЕТ ржавчину а заполировует. 2.У китайцев движки не горят в принципе(только проводка и выключатели обугливаются),по этому нахер его звонить,главное покрасить.. 3.Смазка в движке,сальникам конец(перегрев) как и подшипникам...по этому их не меняем 4.Движок крепиться к раме раком,валы шкивов не паралельны.Натяжка ремня?Не не слышал. Ну и последнее-НАХЕРА ЭТОТ ДЕВАЙС??? Показать вера не позволяет?

next time don't show the welding part.. it flares on the screen and makes it annoying. also to save time skip the parts where you wire brush . save video time for other steps that you didn't show on this video. great job as usual.
