I had a iPhone 6S that looked like that iPad. Bending back the frame was the hardest part, but after the screen repair and a new battery since it was years old it still works today.
Ipod Nano 6th ? It's really a Nano-tech to deal with . I have one that , on last Itunes sync , stopped to receive radio and started to go automatically in sleep once a track is selected to play and display goes off . No restore or reset worked so far , not on Itunes nor on ipod bios . The solution was to set double click function to play/pause instead of changing track. I have to jump tracks manually on display , but at least it's working with its usual quality . If the power button gets stuck , wait before doing anything like sending to fix or even worst try to open it with no experience . Just put it close to a moderate heat source , like the fan-out of your GPU laptop , and leave it for an hour or so . It worked for me from a complete stuck state to a regular perfect clicking .

So um i accidentally slept on my ipad pro 2018 11" and it looks the same as the ipad in the Video except the bend is just on the face id part and the case is just cracked on that side...Should I try to repair it myself? I dont have another choice, still going to school, no money :(
For now, the only thing thats keeping me from getting a ipad is just how easy it is to bend. Paying + 1000$ shout at least take a couple of hits and not show any signs of damage, i mean reasonable hits ... not like droping if from the 3rd floor or something.
Well, sorry to say but if the motherboard did not have internal damages it's not so unbelievable that it is working. I suppose your client did not want to pay for a new back frame but why not try to repair the crack with some "magic" paste to avoid any future debris to get in... maybe a back protection cover will be enough. Anyway good job ! Now I remembered how I struggle to replace the digitizer on my mom's iPad 6th generation. 🤯
Я, бы например никаких гарантий не давал… Устройство труп на 99% ввиду внутреннего напряжения между слоев системной платы и возможных отрывных дорожек и изгиба платы короче … Я считаю устройство будет вести себя непредсказуемо, даже если заработает и насколько стабильно и долго оно сможет работать это вопрос???

Там щели словно дыры, экран просто отходи от рамки, внутри все будет в пыле и мусоре. Это не ремонт, а просо фикция, таким планшетом попросту нельзя пользоваться.
Apple have not been as durable as many android phone but for what i have experience, i almost destroy my 6s to the fact that it looks are unfixable but still doing great and i even fox it myself, while most of my android may have not break but its core and even battery and motherboard died and never to be fix again, that is why i prepare many IOS, even my 6s still running as normal phone right now and i bought it 2016.
I think its because they needed more space for the speakers to sound better but I am not sure, I am not a professional so take this with a grain of salt.

You can just tell the frame from this tablet is very fragile, I still have an iPad Air 2.. yes air 2 and drop this table sooo many times with out a case or screen protector and guess what? Nothing still the same. Now new version of apple tablets truly suck……
When I still had my iPad 3, it was a beast and could take multiple drops from me. Without a single bent or crack. Sadly, one day something I don’t want to talk about happened.
