@@LuisGaldoz Anxiety is hard to let go. I'm on atarax meds to tame it but it takes finding something that will calm you. I chose meditation and Himalayan singing bowls to help my anxieties. I'm sorry to barge in on your question to Irene. I hope all goes well here soon. Love and light to you. 😊

I have had the two worst months of my life.... But this morning I found you and I feel this will be my magic pill ... I tested with a nap an hour ago and was deep and harmonious ... The rain is the best part ... It's hard to find a rain sound on RU-vid that is so soft. Most of the other rain sounds on RU-vid sound so heavy, stormy and stressfully
