The anti-corrosion coating has been erased and now the only protection is paint. But on the surface of the pipes there were still some bubbles of corrosion. They should not be under the paint. It wouldn't be a Mr Electricity video without so electrical component being re-wound with copper wire.

I'm guessing this horn is pneumatic with a solenoid to switch the air on and off to the horn... Just guessing!

An easier method for putting on insulating paint, is to dip the whole solenoid into a can of varnish for an hour or two, then let it dry. I used to dip TV deflection yokes into a big can of varnish to stop the coils from buzzing... Excellent paint job, considering the amount of pitts in the metal work. Fantastic work as per usual Mr.E... WELL DONE!!! 10/10

Instead of wasting all that time sanding, why didn't you just have it re- chromed?

Good job man! I have 4 horns on an 07 KW T800 Dump Truck and all they do is squeal. I took the backs off all of them and cleaned them and flipped the metal diaframs over and they worked a couple days but went back to squealing. I wonder if the Springs should not be tighter?

most air horns are dual horns. One will have a high note, the other a low note. This one doesn't sound anything like it should by itself.
