Looks like a Lumineer would be a much better option, this is kind of old and more people are doing lumineers though admittedly not a lot. I called the # on TV and there are only like 3 people who do it here and I'm in a city of 2 million and largest in the state.
Trounce, injection in your gum will be a bit painful ( front teeth , thin gum ) , but the rest should not be. If the tooth is already dead the treatment is not painful. The gum can cause problems but not tooth.
