Still racing an M03 Mini Cooper at our local RC club. The chassis is original, I've had the mini 15 yrs! Still going strong.

I used to race the original m01 chassis in our club way back in the day, i actually won 🏆 the club championship with it, i just took to it like a fish to water. It was bog standard with plastic bushes and 3step controller, it went through front tyres like they were going out of fashion, 2 weekends of racing and the tyres were toast, back wheels and tyres lasted forever. Niiiiiiiiiiice video. 😎👍👍👍🇬🇧 Pps …..the friction/pogo stick shocks are actually quite good, they work way better than they should, maybe it’s because they are so small. Try it first before changing them, i raced totally bog standard out of the box 📦 and won the championship with it.

You gotta love the mini cooper and the M03 chassis is a great little frame for it. As for the shocks, i really wouldn't bother putting oil dampers on it, the friction shocks work quite well for just general use on tarmac/gravel👍

If you plan to drive it it would be a good idea to give the body the shoo goo, drywall tape treatment to make it more crack resistant.

Hey buddy nice video. I have a ? . I just got one of these on a trade I did with someone. Its really not my type of rc. That’s why I’m trying to figure out a value for it. Cause I’m gonna end up trading or selling it. I’ve looked over everything and from what it looks like to me I have everything except for the antenna for the radio and the little clips that hold the battery in. I believe I have everything else that came in the original packaging. And it’s in really nice condition as well. Just curious on your thoughts. Thanks.
