@@roxanneyearwood7588 Schooling Danilo about the English grammar when you, yourself, has made few mistakes as well. Before schooling someone, look at your own stuff first. He's Italian, it's okay for him to make mistake from time to time. Also, I AM an English Tutor/Teacher. I've been trained to teach English. Your comments may have come from good intentions but sometimes, nobody really asks. And Danilo's English, based on what you were talking about, was pretty proper and good.

My wife & I go and eat our way across Italy almost every year. Many of the B&Bs we stay at have those exposed beams & tile floors. It's SUCH an incredible piece of local tradition to have them. This person did a phenomenal job restoring this property! I would scoop this property up in a hot second, but after checking my account I am just shy of the 1,500,000 euros...( by about 1.45M euros!).

Interesting design.I liked the soft tones of tera cotta, stone work, and found the tiles of earthy tones seemingly very grounding. Interesting layouts and space. Very Beautiful showcase of Italian Coutry living. I felt welcome with the designs and absorbed in the accomodations.Thanks again Danilo, good to see you are doing well and still have a descriptive voice with an invitation to Italian charm.

Every inch of this property is stunning. The creative vision and work that went into the restoration is beyond my imagination. Bravo to the architect who brought this jewel back to life, and the same to any interior designer who may have collaborated. I commend whoever maintains the property, it is immaculate inside and out. I would not change a thing - not a single thing. Also bravo, Danilo, for your wonderful presentation - no one does it as well as you. I wish you would have mentioned the piano (or organ?) in the last bedroom and opened it so we could see it!

i think the propertly layout and location is fairly reflected in the price, its a beautiful location. i must confess to the interior of the main house in the downstairs to being a shocked at the design ... it seemed to have gone very much against the natural feel of the place. just my view. but, beautiful.

excellent video, but I have a question: what does "in a reserved position" mean? I'm a native English speaker and half-Italian, but I can't figure out what this phrase refers to (and Danilo uses it in other videos too). Does it have a specific "immobiliare"/real estate professional connotation, or is it one of those amusing too-much-Latin-not-enough-German translations to English that only happens when an Italian is involved? Thanks, and keep up the excellent and useful videos. In-market soon!

11:27 They didn’t think through the glass corridor. The sides should be three panels of glass instead of two. A low one at the bottom and at the top and one of the ones they have in there now in the middle. That way people could enjoy the view uninterruptedly when they sit in one of the armchairs instead of having to stare at the window frame right in front of their face!
