Very curious about the history of this property and the previous owners. Especially when I saw that monogram in the middle of the floral pattern above the entrance which is the byzantine way to abbreviate names and surnames.
I do love your videos, but they dont show enough of the property. There are gaps, and therefore leave the viewer disappointed. You mention and outside staircase which we were 'shown earlier'...no such staircase was shown😢
A property that is also a business is a difficult thing to value as you ROI depends in this case on the occupancy rate (among other factors too) and must be taken into account when valuing and determining the selling price. In this case can you disclose the amount of rental income a new buyer can expect
My GGF was Italian and through that connection I'd like to request IT citizenship. However, all papers were lost in WWI, WWII and Balkans wars. I don't even have his birth certificate. I'm pretty sure documents were lost in IT during time, as well. I don't know much about my GGF so I can't provide info. Should I keep on going that way, or simply quit and go for another visa type? What if the buyer is not an individual but a company, an American LLC, what taxes should be paid at the time of purchase? Also, going forward, are there any ongoing taxes to be paid annually for the property? Thanks!

It seems intended as a retreat, or to me, it looks like someone went bust soon after completing it. So much money spent making it perfect and then not enough guests in the first year. Perhaps they could have renovated part of it, then more when bookings allowed? At the right price it would be a great business for someone else.
I just enjoy these videos, they are SO MUCH MORE than a real estate display. Danilo gives wonderful history, stories and excellent attention to details...it is all done in a calm and relaxed conversational tone. Bravo, well done!
