Decided to restore a bunch of helmets (13 at once) and I decided to film parts of me restoring them which includes paint removal, painting, making and assembling liners and also applying decals.
In this part I focus on making the leather pieces for the liners and assembling those into complete liners.
And also how to operate the sewing machine I use, a Dürkopp Cl.17 which was manufactured until the 1940s, so quite an old machine, but it still runs very well.
