I have an older friend who served on these in Australia and he once told me that all of the Saladins and Ferrets had bent mudguards from people standing on them.
Great video chaps, love to see the quirky engineering on that vehicle, clearly function over form or ergonomics. Also great to see some hand fabricated repair sections being let in, it's all too easy to nip to the local motor factors and pick up off the shelf Daimler Ferret replacement panels. 😉
