Restoring the Colonial House 

The McIntyre House, a magnificent historic mansion located in Salt Lake City, was erected in 1898 and was officially listed on the National Register of Historic Places by the National Park Service in 1978. After half a century of utilization by LDS Hospital, the residence was acquired by a private family, who subsequently commissioned us to produce a short film showcasing their imaginative and meticulous restoration process. This endeavor not only preserved the home's rich historical characteristics, but also incorporated modern amenities to enhance its overall appeal.
