Abby yung did a video on using copper peptides with actives and retinol. She cited A chemist who made a video stating that you can absolutely use your copper peptides with actives, retinol and tret. Kind of Steven is the chemist I believe.

I've been hearing red light panels are better than masks. You don't actually need the lights to touch your skin. In fact when they are pressed against your face you get cold spots that aren't being treated. Also the panels are way more powerful and affordable

You’ve introduced me to Timeless Vit C and NIOD copper peptide …. and it changed my life (my skin anyways) !! ❤ I was struggling with where to put the copper peptide in my night time routine cuz I’m a tretinoin gal 5x a week but I started seeing more information out there about pairing copper with tretinoin … so of course I tried it …and it works perfectly ☺️ No irritation whatsoever but I’m a long time user of tretinoin too ! Anyways just thought I’d share my findings. I will try the TO retinol for my neck and hands next. Thank you for another great vid ❤

Out of the many pure form vitamin C serums I've used the Timeless ones really do have the right balance of effectiveness and reasonable pricing compared to others. Also love the Deciem Copper Peptides. CAIL is my winter go to.

Hi Ashley! I Love cooper peptides as well… if you could try, the serum from Theramid (a Spanish brand) is a 3% copper peptides and the texture is serumy but velvety… I used CAIS before but this one from theramid is taking advantage over Niod… I really enjoy it and see results in terms of firmness and hydration. I buy it from the web and ship internationally. Keep on doing the good job in this channel!! It’s amazing!!

I am a beginner to vitamin C, so using the cream vitamin C, then I’m gonna go into the cerave vitamin C since it’s a pure finally I’ll hope to be able to tolerate the one you recommended I agree with with everything you said it definitely Hass to be a slow progression and then see results. Hi I have everything on that list apart from ordinary retinal as happy with medik8 and we can’t get Timeless vit C in UK do using C Tetra Lux which I love . My question is I have the peel pads , what is the closest to these in either a lotion or toner as quite expensive but I do cut them in half and wrap the remaining halves in the wrapper and cling film

Do you have info on what is ok to use when you’re pregnant? I can’t use anything with retinol unfortunately, so the peel pads I don’t think I can use but I want to do some type of at home peel! Love this video though!

Yes I have!! It's good but NIOD recommends to use it at night because it contains a 30% Ascorbic Acid which is very strong, especially if you compare it to the Timeless 10% and 20%.

Idk how u use Tretnoin at night and vitamin c in the morning lol it’s way too much for me I can use the Numbuzin #5 serum and toner it’s really nice for my freckles my Tretnoin has gotten rid of bunches of them and sunscreen of course love HARUHARU WONDER in the yellow tube … Tret under my eyes is a game changer love it!!!

Aw I am so happy to hear that 💗 I wouldn't think so but again we are all different. I worry about Tretinoin conflicting with the Copper ingredient causing it to be less effective on this skin but I am also hearing that it's ok to use Copper Peptides with Tretinnoin. I need to do some more research on this.

Hi again Ash, I used the copper peptides with Tretinoin and I got a rash on my face. I had also just tried Cerave tinted sunscreen so I am not sure which caused the rash.

You could definitely try that or you could apply Copper Peptides first then Modulating Glucosides since the serum is milky and thicker than the Copper Peptides.

They are completely different in my opinion. Dr Dennis Gross has more ingredients to target fine lines, puffiness and dark circles and find it to be way more effective than the Drmtlgy HPR. HPR is still lovely but Dr Dennis Gross doesn't even compare to it.

Exactly! I would start with 1-2 time per week leaving days in between and then increase slowly. You may or may not experience dryness but to be cautious it's always best to start slow, especially around the eye area.

Do you clean your skin, with water or cleanser, before using the LED mask in the morning or do you just go ahead and use it? Not much product is left from the routine from the evening before....

I always use a cleanser in the morning before using my LED mask as sometimes I have some residue on my skin from my skincare from the night before and then of course sometimes we sweat during the night.

I totally get it! I don't like having anything on my face either. You could put a facial mist on or a serum but I wouldn't use it with moisturizer on your face as it would get messy on the mask.

I have the dupe for the sleep n glow. It is memory foam and cannot be washed. It comes with a cover. I also use a pillow protector over the cover and top it off with a satin pillowcase

I just found out that both the Omnia and Aula pillows cannot be washed in the washing machine. They can be wiped with a damp cloth though. The pillowcases of course can be washed in the washer with cool water.
