I needed this. My mom actually came through to tell me that she is proud of me and that she is on the other side supporting me. I felt her hugging me and she let me know I am on the right path. To stop doubting myself.

Your meditations have completely changed my entire life Mary Kate. 💜🙏 I’ve been following and meditating after a horrific few months of anxiety and traumatic passing of my Dad. I suffered insomnia mostly but I sleep peacefully to your warm, soothing voice. I’ve also created unbelievable abundance and my children say I’m LIVING PROOF of manifesting. I just wanted to say I feel so much more peaceful listening every day to your guidance videos. 🙏 they really are amazing 👏. I went through a rough couple of months of personal stuff ,plus my sister died, and was really full of anxiety and depression that I didn't want to see or hear anyone.. 😢 But, honestly, I never felt so relaxed, calm , lucky, and grateful to be able to enjoy life again slowly and get inspired to do what I want to do. All thanks to you. I have listened to meditations before but lost interest totally, and with yours, I look forward every morning and evening to them all. After completing a significant task to manifest some great things in my life, I chose this meditation to continue aligning with a positive energy I was experiencing. I had a journey to this video. Yesterday, I asked Green Tara for guidance on what I need to do to make my manifesting easier. I felt so stuck. Your latest choose a photo video was recommended and I almost ignored the gut instinct to watch it. But after I did, your advice made perfect sense to me. I am a subliminal maker myself and am versed on some of the concepts of manifesting and what can get in our way. I ovethink things and ignore instincts often. I am going to follow your advice and also listen to this. What you said clicked with me. I'll let you know how it goes.

im new to meditating, ive listened to several affirmations and manifesting videos also. but this is the 1st video that talked about my deepest desires. its like its supporting what i really wanted. sometimes i dont know what to pray. i always tell God that he knows my deepest desire more than i know. when i was listening to this... i cant feel the chair i was sitting. i feel like im bloated like a balloon.

I finally got some time to watch this and I really love it! Earlier in the week I had a reading done to me and was told opportunities are happening now and among other things. It helps me to fully believe that they are. I had some repeated numbers that kept showing up and I looked them up, and they are positive things. Thank you for this meditation!

Thank you- Thank you-Thank you! During the quiet time at the end. I was guided to remove peoples toxic energy which was a rubber suit on me with their energy. I removed them all and put the suits into a fire pit. Then I was guided to put on my superpower rubber suit to protect myself from any other person’s toxic energy! My suit is super tight no way a person’s energy may latch onto me! I am so thankful for your meditation, my spirit guides and angels for their love, support and blessings me! AMEN 🙏

Hey, I just wanted to let you know that I believe I am aligning with my higher self!! So basically, I really wanted some AirPods Pro, I've lost mine countless times and I knew there's no way I can ask for new ones. So basically I persisted in my belief, I did my affirmations and then one day, my dad says he wants to get some, just randomly. He then gets them and says he doesn't like them and gives me them!! I got new AirPods!!! Also I used your list from a few videos back and I have to say everything is working out and I suddenly feel more confident and I am now living from abundance! Thank you so much for this and I cannot wait to update this and tell you the results I've had from this meditation!
