Resupplying on the Appalachian Trail: Neel Gap 

in the 1950s this building was a restaurant, we would drive up from Atlanta to see the leaves and stop there for lunch. There were picture frames on the walls with the shirt tales of hunters who shot at a deer and missed, so their shirt tales were cut off. I am the only one left from my family who went there. Good memories. Glad to see the building is still there and being used.

Despite the shaky camera work, this video was super useful to me; just what I've been wanting to know about the trail. Lots of videos show the beautiful vistas and setting up camp, but they only talk about the resupply stops. First one I've seen that actually shows what you can expect at a particular stop on the trail; thank you!

All that food is unbelievably unhealthy, processed and lacking of nutrition which will destroy you on a hike. These places need to stock some real food too.
