Diplex maybe for part three U.S. Marines enter Mexican soil to finish the fight with the Cartel, but Mexico is spilt in two between The Government Loyalists and The Cartel. And the U.S. Marines work with Loyalist troops to defeat The Cartel, and part three would be about a battle for a heavily guarded Cartel stronghold and Loyalist troops and U.S. Marines attack it.
Not really the Marines fight with the Government of Mexico against the Cartel because that'd be a declaration of war technically. How about like a small detachment of US Special Forces with DEA Agents along with the Mexican National Police and Army?

Just an FYI... In 1992 during the riots in LA after the Rodney King verdict, US Marines (1st div) from 29 Palm's were deployed along with national guard to control the city. I believe they weren't called in until after the NG arrived with no ammo and low supplies, but some kind of legislation or emergency order was called to allow them to be deployed.

Also, Marines use the LAV-25, they do not use the Bradley, so you were correct.

Marines can be deployed on domestic soil, because as one time in the USA we had a law called posse comitatus which barred federal troops from enforcing the law and policing the streets. A few years back it got repealed therefore it would be legal to deploy marines, if the local and state governments called for marines.
The Posse Comitatus Act basically makes it to where they can't deploy Marines on US soil. It's either they can't or they're very limited to how many they can deploy.
There are differences with units quality. In editor there is "breed" and there you can change everything about the units. Weapons skills are in 1 to 10 scale and there are speed, stamina, health, regeneration, vision, retreat and attack ratios, zones for when they start engaging and so on.
To answer your question about marines and/or other military being deployed on US soil, I believe that if the President just gives the word, he/she can send practically any branch to deal with a situation in the United States. While governors of all states can send national guard troops to deal with a situation. But overall, I think any branch can be deployed anywhere. Except of course navy battleships being deployed to kansas xD Unless we come up with a way to make battleships float above the land xD
A third video would be awesome! I don't know for sure, but I would like to think that if the Cartel invaded as quickly and effectively as they did in the first video, the local governments would recruit local militia made up of volunteers, retired police, and retired military.
the legalities you're talking about are that US Military cannot participate in law enforcement activities, but since the cartel technically invaded the US, marines would most likely be able to be deployed
for PART 3: have the Mexican Army respond to the US annexation of the Mexico side of the border after the bloddy conflict in part 2 and have the US marines and Mexican military clash it out
