Meisel + Mercedes + Judd = a glorious symphony and insane tribute to key elements of the golden ages of racing (rallye, DTM, F1, authentic teams). I don't care about company policies and whiny people with more money than talant that want to go as hard as only a few top-notch drivers can - cars should be light, engines deadly powerful, handling sharp as an razor's edge and traction and aero naturally (mechanically) working tools and not just electronically corrected things. Almost anyone can go fast in modern cars and achieve lap times that are 'better' than that of 'old' cars ... but that just means that performance has gotten more acessible and not overall better - put the same amount of power in an oldschool car and hand it to a real driver that doesn't need all this heavyweight stuff that only functions as life insurance or camouflage for bad engineering and you'll se what I'm talking about. Modern cars and motorsports just can't transmit the true depth of what they meant to wake and stir in people that are enthusiasts back in the day. Modern interpretations of racing and performance labels like M, quattro, AMG or Abarth had become a very harsh parody of almost everything they were once all about it - it's hard to decide whether to cry out of humor about the sheer irony or pain that times are (almost) over once and for all and won't come back ever ...... Once upon a time.

Tolle Idee!Leider haben die Rundum DTM Fahrzeuge 200PS zuwenig und sind 200Kg zu schwer.Allerdings wollen wir Motorsportfans nicht wieder die ITC Fahrzeuge von 1996.Damals waren die frontmotor F1 Fahrzeuge der Untergang der Tourenwagen High Society.Einmal den Berg hinauf mit 850PS und 850Kg,ja da bin ich dabei!Rundum passt das DTM Reglement voll und ganz. Im Quali in Brands-Hatch war Paffet mit 41.266 der schnellste und Frey mit 41.956 die letzte. Das Reglement stimmt schon;Schön wär 200 PS mehr

So ein Hammergerät einfach GEIL

Nach diesem Vorbild sollten sie mal ein DTM Auto aufbauen. Der hört sich wenigstens gescheit an und hat ne Wahnsinns Peformance. Einfach nur geil
