@@Chillbot17 Darkin were warriors ascended by the godly powers of the big ass flying plate in shurima, they fought against the Void in their prime time, at some point humans trapped them in their own weapons (not sure if this goes for all of them, but Rhaast, Aatrox and Varus were trapped inside their weapons). Being trapped inside a weapon, for them, felt like they had to breathe but couldn't because there were no lungs to breathe with. It felt like they were choking, trying to breathe, FOR LITERAL YEARS. Now as you may think, first being a godly warrior, loved by your people for protecting them and the next moment getting imprisoned in your own weapon, suffering for a sh*t ton of time, it's kind of understandable all they wanna do now is kill everything. They basically lost it. Like they're not crazy, but they lost their way completely, they basically said "I protected Humanity from the Void and the thanks i get is torture, suffering and being forgotten? Alright, now im gonna do the same to you." They're not really bad people... they just can't help but give in to their massive Hatred. Tbh i think i'd do the same if i would be put in their shoes.

That could be interesting. Maybe a small Ahri lore update in the future with the addition of a Champion that utilizes paint. Someone who's spells creates pets of various animals he sees in nature. The magics of his paint not only being what drew Ahri's affections, but was also part of the catalyst for her change.

Rafat Moussa Sivir's weapon is an ancient Shuriman weapon owned once by an Ascendant so there is little to no chance of it being a Darkin weapon... but Varus did look at the same place Sivir's weapon(key) "unlocks"

Todor Djogo I don't think they are. They believe that their race is extinct. And they act way too differently from void creatures. Darkin's seem to tempt humans' lust for blood and violence. While void creatures just feel like destructive pests. And Darkins believe that their race is (almost) extinct. Otherwise, I really hope they're not one of the same kind although I do doubt it

The Void entity is their enemy, it is the one who destroyed their planet and wiped out the Darkin race. Varus and the other 4 are the only ones left, and they came to Runeterra for they sensed it has a strong magic aura coming from it. Seeking power, they thought Runeterrans would be good allies or soldiers to fight off the Void. But Runeterrans felt scared for the power the Darkins posses, so they hunted them down and sealed them. But as time goes on.. slowly they rise from the ground of the past and seek vengeance for what the foolish Runeterrans did. It's all a Theory but is highly possible for being the real thing going on about the Darkin.

Platinum Was not just the five that came to runeterra, i think it was a very big group, but people killed most of then and the ones they could not kill because were too strong were sealed !
