This is really an awesome image !!! I do have a question for DrewTalks, do you have a video of how to set up the joysticks and buttons for Wolfanoz images? He has made it look really simple in the menu but for some reason (i'm a newbi) I am having alot of trouble getting anything working other than my wired controllers. Thanks alot in advance.
I luckily got the image already (thank you gigabit network) and will be seeding this for a while, but found out my Transcend 512GB SD card can only hold 470GB while the image is around 475GB. I'm waiting for my samsung 512gb sd card to arrive, hope that one does have more than 470 ^^
@@DangermuffinVideos yea mine DL said 5days 13 hours I sighed to hard gonna put mine on a 1tb external HDD and take out all the old systems I don’t want to try to help slim the size down then reflash to a 256gb usb 3.0 drive

Hey Retro great vids, I have this imagine and I'm new with Recallbox.. is there a way to enable fullscreen ? also how would I go about enabling my spinner and trackball ?
Very curious. What image is best for N64 playback right now. I don't really care too much about roms and size of image. Pretty much have every image. But I haven't updated my system in a while and now there seems to be so many newer images to choose from (recalbox, batocera, retropie).
I love this image on my huge wide-screen, however when I put it in my arcade 1 up (Mavel Superheroes) many of the bezels, screens in-game are squished or I only see half the game etc.... any settings help for an arcade 1 up would be great!!!
For some reason all the NES, SNES, Sega and some others aren’t formatted correctly on my screen. The bezels are good but the games screen it stretches and I only see have of the game screen because it’s too big. Anyone experiencing this and have fix?
This Image is really great, thank you for reviewing it Drew, and for all your other great videos! Question: I have this image working great on my living room 4K TV - 16:9 obviously. But when I take my same Pi4 with this same image to my arcade it hangs on boot up on the white background splash screen. On the arcade, the only thing that's different, is that I'm outputting from the micro HDMI port to a 16:10 (1680x1050) Acer X223W DVI port monitor, not the 4K HDMI TV anymore, and I believe that is the problem somewhere .. something in a config file or something needs to be told to output to DVI 16:10. This same DVI monitor works fine with other images too just fyi. So, it's freezing on the splash screen not booting into ES or RecalBox. I'll then take the Pi4 from the 16:10 DVI monitor arcade back to living room and plug it into the 4K TV .. and it boots up and works perfectly. Driving me nuts and cannot figure what to change to get it to work to boot up all the way on the 16:10 DVI monitor. Any guidance from anyone greatly appreciated.
Has anyone else had an issue loading the image? I have tried several different SD Cards and still get the same message. This board needs to be updated and start.elf not compatible. Can someone send me in the right direction as to how to fix this please? Very new to Rpi 4. Thanks
Anybody running this image on an Argon 1 m.2? Cannot get the fan script to work with recalbox I am hoping somebody can chime in. Edit: I thought I was replying on the total recal 512gb image…I will try there.
Hi Drew, is there anyway to resize the share partition, cause it is 99% full ? I put the image on a 64 gb sd, try to resize on disk genius but can't do it ... thanks per advance
@@tournesol74 I'm having the same issue with a 64gb card I flashed this to. Like you, tried multiple times and using different programs too. Was hoping to add more Dreamcast games.
Any1 else get stuck on loading screen? Used Samsung Evo 32gb card and Win32disk imager. I get no sound on opening video and once it ends stuck in loading screen.
@@gongatots4115 tried everything. New SD card , redownloaded image. Swithced hdmi ports.. nothing works. It not my pi4 either. just downloaded Virtualman arcade bliss128gb image today and it works fine.
nothing thats perfect....best thing to do IMO is get like an image like this and then install the software on top...retropi may be easier than recalbox though
@@drewtalks Hi Drew. I downloaded the re uploaded image and I still can't get it to work. Tried various sd cards that are all SanDisk ultra and 2 different ssd's. This is the first image I haven't been able to get working out of dozens. Strange thing is I tried wolfies 500gb total recall image and that freezes at the loading screen too.
I love this image but wish I could change the boot video and now loading screen for my cabinet. Anybody know how? I've checked Recalbox tutorials and nothing seems to work. 😕
Off topic but im looking for help. I have atari fightstick with raspberry pi 3b+ running retropie and am trying to also add ps3 controllers. I have them synced and working in retropie menu but not in game and I think it's because they are mapped as input 3-4. Is there a way to have joystick and controller both be mapped as input 1. I figured if anyone has the answer its Drew or his RU-vid crew... Thanks
