I used to love the rainforest cafe so much that I made my parents go every birthday .unfortunately the one near where I lived close down and I don't understand why it was a very popular restaurant always full.

They probably cost a fortune to keep running, what with the electricity, maintenance on the animatronics, etc.

i remember going to Rainforest Cafe for the first time in Texas and instantly falling in love with it! and i wonder how McDonald got it's start...

Check out "The Founder". It's not entirely accurate, but a very interesting portrayal of how McDonalds got its start.

We had one near me in a mall and it was my favorite place as a kid. The chicken nuggets weren't good. But I dragged my parents there anyway because where else do you an experience like that? It was such a shame ours closed.

The cost of each Rainforest Cafe, was about six million dollars. That was the beginning of their problems.

Many of his new concepts have failed. I tried to theme my pizzeria, it worked for some time, then the economy dumped and all the small cafes suffered.
