Would it make more sense if you had the Wii and WiiU sections next to that extra xbox 360 section? Since they are all cd games (and also kind of the same age). Then you could move the SNES and NES games next to the import/n64 section

Have you thought about playing retro music in the store? And when the anniversary of a certain franchise arrives, like Pokemon or TMNT, arrives every year, why not have a sale on all the stuff that caters to that franchise? Maybe have a celebration of some kind too? Like on TMNT Day, anyone who buys $30 or more worth of TMNT stuff gets a gift certificate from Pizza Hut, or something? Sounds good, right?

We were doing some flood repair in my parents basement back in the day. My uncle had given me his Sega with Sega CD attached that went underneath it. Well all that stuff was in a storage unit during the repair and someone stole literally everything. I feel as if I miss the sega the most out of still having NES, N64, PS2 and PS3.

Really want to drive cross country in June to the so cal event riff and kris are part of. Would be traveling on 40 and would be awesome to stop here and buy a few things. If not this year maybe next. Get my kids to go and just hit the road and have retro gaming theme trip. Bucket list.

Hey Bro, I'm just gonna tell you if you make the duct work piping green, you'd better be prepared to keep it clean of dust perpetually. I work retail and while these ideas are great to draw the eyes upward, if not kept in very dust free condition, will look like crap and highlight the dirt with that green paint after long, ao be prepared to clean monthly/bimonthly.

Love it! One point: Would it be possible to change the carpet for (fake) wood flooring? Or maybe polish the concrete?

I would have a dedicated section for horror games if i had a shop. Dark adults only section like the old rental stores😂 but when you enter its dark and gothic... not perverted...

10:38 You know what I would do to that wall with the coins and blocks?. I would take out the coins and enemies and I would make shelves to put your personal collection on it, the one you have in the office upstairs. You have cool stuff there, it should be on a nice display right next to the logo.

The coolest part is seeing all of the cartridge games out in the open to just browse through. You never see that as they are almost always behind glass or, at the very least, behind the counter.

Hi Rick, your store is leagues better than the one retro video game store where I live. The one store doesn't even have intellivision or Atari games.
