Excellent collection and retrospective. I remember the line but when I had the choice as a kid always went Star Wars. But now I have come to appreciate the line more. So far I have the Lone Ranger, Silver, Tonto, Scout, Zorro and his horse. They really do look great on display.

Cool showcase of the Lone Ranger line. I saw the movie as a kid in theaters, and only had the Lone Ranger figure, but what a durable, well-made figure that lasted well. Thanks! Nice collection here.

@@tydiriumhanger1320 It's an interesting take on Lone Ranger and Christopher Lloyd is a main villain at least, but the classic Lone Ranger show is good, along with the Filmation animated series Lone Ranger. I did find a link to the movie on youtube here to watch at the moment ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-vOuj66ME1sE.html

This is a fantastic toy line. The movie is my favorite western. I remember seeing it in the theater (I watch it yearly now). The show is great too. I would love to get the playsets.

I got Lone Ranger & Tonto for Christmas. Used to keep them in a metal band aid case (along with Kenner Threepio).

I'm missing one figure and one horse. I never see the Zorro figures in the wild, so I look forward to that video.

Zorro seems a bit harder than these to collect even though there is less to chase down LOL

These came out as part of the toy line for the Filmation Cartoon Series... The New Adventures of the Lone Ranger produced by Filmation in 1980. The series ran for 28 episodes over two seasons on CBS as part of The Tarzan/Lone Ranger/Zorro Adventure Hour.

They are from the movie The Legend of the Lone Ranger. That's what is on the backing card.

Who couldn't get the "March of the Swiss Army" from William Tell overture out of their heads when Lone Ranger is the topic?
