It´s good that those emulation devices exists, since some companies don´t care about game preservation.

Genpei Toumaden you showed was released in US as Samurai Ghost, its the second game in the series. The first one was Japan only (and arcade).

It's free software, open source. You just need a Windows PC to run it. The games are ROMs, it doesn't come with them you have to find them yourself. Performance of course depends on the computer you use it with.

The image is not available for download. It was done by me from scratch using the default retrobat install
