Hi, Sam! I'm looking forward to hearing about all bookish things you want to share with us. From an oldie content creator to a newbie, welcome aboard. We're so glad to have you here!
Wow, I love the little graphic Space Shuttle question border. I believe that you will be very successful here on Booktube. Thank you for sharing. -James
Welcome to booktube, I'm also a booktube newbie but I've found the community to be so friendly and welcoming. I've only read a couple of Becky Chambers books and I love what I've read so far, A Psalm for the Wild Built is one of my favourite books. Really enjoyed this video and I look forward to your science fiction deep dives.
Welcome to booktube! Your thumbnail featuring A Long Way to a Small Angry Planet called to me. I just started that book and am really liking it so far :)
Welcome to booktube! I’m new here too! And I’ve never sci-fi before but have a feeling that I’d love it! So I’m looking forward to your recommendations! 💙
Hi Sam loved this intro video. Science fiction is my favourite kind of fiction so I’m totally with you. Love how many of my favourite books are on the shelves behind you. I love Becky Chambers too. Can’t wait to see more.
Welcome to the BookTube community! First off, I LOVE your shelves. I just recently read the Monk & Robot series by Becky Chambers. I hope to read more of her books soon. Best of luck with your channel - I look forward to watching more of your videos. Happy Reading! 😎📚👍
Thank you ☺️ I love my shelves they give me a serotonin boost every time I look at them ❤️ Yeah the monk & robot duology is fun, I’ve gotten the first one for a few friends as gifts because it feels like a nice quicker way to introduce them to Becky Chambers📚
Sam who could resist your enthusiasm? Subscribed - I thought your accent was from B.C. I lived there until I was 18, living in the UK now. Looking forward to your book talk
Hey Sam! Welcome to booktube! I'm happy to see you here! OMG! I am so here for the sci-fi analysis. I am but a humble chef, so I'm not well-educated on mechanical engineering...but I would love to learn more about it. Team audiobooks! I listen to them a lot as well. Your library is fantastic! Jealous of all that space. Book shopping vlogs are super popular if you ever need a quick easy idea for videos since you go book shopping so frequently. I've subscribed and look forward to seeing more of your videos soon!
Thanks for the welcome 😊 A chef that’s so cool! I love food, I’m ok at cooking but adore baking. Yay team audiobooks! 🎧 📚 That’s such a great idea about the book shopping videos, two birds with one stone.
Welcome to book tube. New to all this malarkey myself and still finding my way around. I hope you get some great reads and best wishes to your channel.
Welcome to BookTube! I never read much fantasy, but I have started getting into it a little bit. I actually just read my first Brandon Sanderson last month! I posted a review video on my channel about it. :)
Wow, really enjoyed being introduced to your wit & reading self. This booktube lark seems an absolute hoot, must give it ago - thanks for the inspiration. I love fantasy and magic realism, but have a block with SciFi, maybe you've got me interested. Great vlog!
Welcome to Booktube! Really interested to see where you go with things in your videos. Sci-fi is honestly a genre that I struggle with finding books I enjoy but I really reaaaally want to read more of it. Looking into the history of sci-fi sounds super cool!
Thanks ☺️ Yeah sometimes sci-fi can be hard to connect with but I feel like when I do find a story I really like in this genre it always stays with me because of whatever the core question/concept it focuses on. But yeah there can be a lot of sifting involved to find the gems.
