Just to inform you, the reason why you were asked how long the wheels spin for was because ppl wanna know how often they have to push off. The longer the spin the better the wheels/ride:)

That isn’t true. How bearings spin without weight on them doesn’t affect speed or how often you have to push at all

My daughter and I both have that board. We’re newbie’s as well. Once we get more board time we’re upgrading to the Loaded Vanguard.

Really appreciate the video. I am going to buy this for my niece for Christmas. I got her some Sector 9 gel wheels not realizing that her skateboard can't use 70mm wheels >_< This board looks like it'll be perfect for her.

You should switch out the bearings for Bones Reds! It'll go twice as far with each push, and getting better bearings is usually the cheapest thing you can do to drastically improve how it rides. If you're scared to mess with the board, just ask the skate shop employee for help.

Since your board has a kicktail you can definitely learn a handful of basic tricks. Tiger claw and no complys would probably be the easiest to learn. Looks like a pretty skinny board but you could try some step moves too like the peter pan

I just stumbled on your video... great review 👏 I'm an old rock n roller guy that started skateboarding in '75 when it boomed. I'm 56, in great shape still, and decided to start longboarding. I bought a cheap board and built my own setup... I'd love to hang with other longboarders, but it's rainy right now where I live. Next Spring the sun will shine!!...😁😎🛹🛹 Cruisin' in the hood 🤘

How often did you ride this board? Has it ever broken on you to this day? Have you ever tried to change any of the parts on it? Asking for Christmas purposes :)

In the summer I rode it probably twice a week and ive had it for like a year and a half! Nothing has broken & everything is in good shape. I also haven't changed any parts LOL I wouldn't know what to do! ouuu are you wanting one for yourself or someone else???

I had to upgrade my Retrospec longboard with: *Bear 180 mm 50° trucks *Hawgs 73mm 78a Biggie Wheels. *Bear Spaceballs Bearings *1/2" shock pads *All new hardware... Much better!

Good video and foot position but if you want better balitnce try to go a lil faster that way you won't feel like you're going to fall but don't worry your getting better
