So Kara debuted in 2007 as 4 members (Gyuri,Seungyeon,Nicole and Sunghee) but in 2008 Sunghee left because of parental pressure and they added Jiyoung and Hara. They performed as 5 until early 2014 when Nicole left and later on Jiyoung too. The company did a show to choose a new member and Youngji won. She was with them for two comebacks,Mamma Mia and Cupid. Then in 2016, everyone but Youngji left the company. Sadly,in november 2019,Hara passed away (s*icide). And then in 2022 they decided to do something to celebrate the 15th anniversary (the photoshoot) and they released the new album under RBW. Now they're doing some fan meetings in Japan. I've been a fan of them since 2011 and i never thought we will get a comeback but I'm so happy to see them all together (i cried watching the MV with the 6 mic stands and the 6 plates at the table)
The fact that they didnt even have vocal training during their prime and yet they developed super great vocals. Unlike most groups today some members cant sing beautifully

I remember Eisa would introduce himself as "cool cutie", Mingyu as "dreamy tree" or something like that, Jeonghan "angel", Jun "quiet handsome guy", Shua "gentleman", Hoshi as 10:10/Eyes of tiger and Wonu had the words chic/cold/fox/handsome? but i can't recall the order.
interesting talk abt dark - bright tones ... Yuju in gfriend is a main vocal (one of the best in 3rd gen idol) with dark tones, between all bright tones :)
I'm currently watching a (rather bad) C-drama that explicitly links perfume with bringing back memories so the words may be more related than you think.
