Tariqul Dipu facts I remember playing this mission like it was yesterday even tho it was like 13/15 years ago hard to believe it was that long ago 😥good times.
my god this game was scary as fuck when you're a kiddo, i remember those rainy autumn days, there was nothing to do after school so i just ran home and close the curtains and played this, and also resident evil code veronica x.... damn fucking nostalgia man....
@@nopasaran3561 Ya, they took to Poz level to eleven on the new games. It's a shame, too. The robot dogs, soldiers, and other stuff were pretty awesome, then they gotta throw in their ridiculous script writing and gore pron and ruin it.
yes, one of the games that aged like fine wine (just like Max Payne, Postal2 and Deus Ex) funny, GTA3 and SA look TERRIBLE nowadays for unknown reasons (IMO)
@@tsriftsal3581 "Arkane", "Eidos Montréal" and "Irratinal games" still do not let game industry fall. Former "Looking Glass" developers know their job. New "Deus Ex" is awesome. "Bioshock" is mindblowing. "Prey" is perfect. Looking forward to play "Deathloop". By tha way, original "Assassin's Creed" is still playable. And somehow original "Tom Clancy's The Division" felt great for me. I spent some fun hours with it.
@Twenty-Fifth Bam , can you imagine... you answered someone who wrote 4 years ago and I am seeing your comment just 6 days after that! In 5 days, when I am back in my country, I will play this game again on a computer of a friend of mine and they will be watching. And then he will play and I will be watching. So much fun and nostalgia!
First played this in 2005 and still holds up. Play this on a rainy night and you'll actually feel like you're there. This and Resident Evil Nemesis in 2000 were top ten creepiest games.
Same I would go and watch my dad play and I would always want to play on the forest level and he beat the game many times and we would run it on his mode when I was like 9
@@bikelife_ian6889 it's just so weird to look back at this and remember how AMAZING we thought the graphics were and then comparing it to what we have now lmao
Watching this has made me so nostalgic that I'm going onto Steam and buying it again so I can play it for the first time in years (I used to be able to get through the first three castle levels without taking any damage, I bet I'm a bit rusty by now).
I was playing this game when i was in highschool. In the dark internet cafe. I am missing too much those years. Any game can not make me happy like this game.
once the armor that u can see in castle thats hang to walls fell on me in dream and once the bear (i think its bear)chased me,bear in mission the big black one
something about the movement and shooting mechanics.. killing enemies in this game is just so satisfying unlike nowadays fps games where it's meaningless and you feel desensitized
4:04- 4:15 It took me years to notice the subtle change in the music . It goes from eerie and foreboding to an 'alright, let' get this thing rolling' mood.
This was a first for me too, after being convinced by a friend that pc's graphics could match or beat the playstation, I bought one and added a graphics card, this was the first game that I played...that was it, I was hooked, this game had something special, an atmosphere that very few games manage to create,
Man I miss these old but comforting graphics that I enjoyed as a kid. Wolfenstein, medal of honor, soldier of fortune all had something special that will never be replicated ever again...
To put it another way; I grew up in a time where I went from playing Doom to Tomb Raider 2 to Deus Ex to Morrowind in only a few years (or slightly less) between them each. If you know anything about those games, I dare you to imagine where we’d be today if that pace of evolution of continued.
I remember playing this game when I was 6-7 years old (before 15 years!) on my uncle’s PC. Unfortunately, he recently passed away and the nostalgia hits so hard 😢 However, I will forever keep this amazing memories in my heart ❤️ Will make sure to show this game to my kids some day 🙏🏽
Rip your uncle man yeah it was same for me i was playing this game when i was 6-7 years old in my uncle’s pc around 2007 and I haven’t seen him after 2014 till now in person

Man, i remember playing the CRAP out of this game over and over and over for all the secret areas trying to do the whole game as best possible as a sneak run
I remember this game. It was the first M game I ever owned and my mom's father gave it to me in 2008. It was one of the hardest games I ever completed and also one of the creepiest
the game was so above time back then, its unique gameplay and feel you get playing is just absolutely wonderful. I played that game when i was like i think 11 or 12, im 23 now, and about to go through it once again , just to see what was it really all about, i will probably see it from different perspective now
TNO is a good game in its own right but it doesn't have the same Wolfenstein vibe the first two games had, it's too different which is no wonder since it was done by a completely new team.
One of the best games I ever played........wow.....what a feeling to watch this video......I completed all the stages ....last time I played I was in 9 th standard. . right now iam assistant professor....but Josh is same
Nice detail I never noticed👍this is such a great game! I wish it would get a remake since it came out in 2001. A remake for the 20 year anniversery would be great!
I remember playing this with my dad I was like 5 or 6 years old when I used to play it (I’m 16 now) what a great game and so scary lol. My first game ever played
the version on the XBOX is pretty different. It's the same story but there is a whole new campaign chapter at the beginning set in Egypt. Weapons sound and look a little different and there are some new enemies like undead priests in crypt and defiled church and cyborg dogs with venom guns on their backs in the x labs. Finding every secret in the level actually rewards you with heath, ammo, etc. I like it a lot.
Damn... I played this game on my PC hundreds of hours back then... one the best FPS I've ever played in my life... now I've got The New Colossus on my Switch!
my eldeer bro used to play this game....i remember watching him play all day...he2....im just a little kid in those days....still best game and horrific one...
I mostly played this game alone after midnight on days off. I was a night guard (4 on and 3 off) and nights off I played through this game over the course of a few weeks. It is by far the scariest I have ever felt in a game. Ranks probably 2nd in terms of "memorable". The most memorable single experience I've ever had in a game was in the first month I played Battlefield 1942, getting the hang of the Stuka dive bomber and just decimating the sht out of stuff moving on the ground below.
I played this game almost 12 years back, i forgot its name as well. But through chatgpt when i described it very vaguely also it suggested me the name after few wrong suggestions. Finally feels happy to identify the game
I played this game as a child, i have played the newer wolfensteins as well... what happened? this was so much more brutal... i loved this game... as a 9 to 13 year old i would do nothing but play this, quake 2, doom, and duke nukem.
Lmao I remember playing with my cousin he was 30 yrs old and I was like 14 yrs. We couldn't complete the game where there's like girls with stem guns it was hard as hell they're so fast and hard to hit when they roll around. So much memory
