WFH is best and it has more benefits then WFO....plus salary kam hain toh aur bhi musibat...pune mumbai banglore jaisi cities mein 20000 wala kaise jiye...ODC badhao yaa phir....

Work from home🏠 is the best for freshers in service based companies because they offer less salary to freshers. For experienced who's package more than 7.5 lakh call them compulsory Work from office🏢.

Hi, I have been working in Cognizant for the past 1.5 years, I want to switch company in the upcoming 2-3 months, I have up-skilled myself for the past year, my skills are springBoot, rest API, JavaScript, React js. I want to switch to the company that will provide work from home, as of now I am working from home. My current CTC is 4.75. Please let me know which companies are giving work from home and for which companies should I apply? I am getting so confused, I need help and guidance.

@@being_2727 I did get assigned to a project, but no work was given to me. Recently, a week ago, I was released from that project so as of now I am on bench. But I received a proposal for a back end development role in a project, but I turned it down because the project location was not of my preference.

7:20 Bhai... thats just an excuse that Indian companies are using. World over many companies have managers using remote working and succeeding. Truth is they do not trust employees and so they are making excuses like culture, promotion etc.
