Sometimes it's the little victories that matter most. In this season 4 highlight, Kayce (Luke Grimes) helps return the stolen horses to Avery's (Tanaya Beatty) family on the Reservation. Yellowstone airs Sundays at 8/7c on Paramount Network.

In season 1, Rainwater did help Kayce twice. Whatever you can say about him, Rainwater loves his people. In the case of Kayce, he is married into the Nation, but he is also the son of a man who is in semi-conflict with the Res.

I almost cried with how beautiful these running horses are. This was my favorite part of this episode. Now I have another bucket list item to get back out West to see wild horses in their natural habitat.

I think the only way Kayce would have anything to do with Avery is if Monica left him. Kayce has done everything he could do to keep their Marriage going. Now it’s time to see if Monica will do the same.

Monica did almost sleep with that guy. Kacy has been more loyal than she has. All she told him is she tried to have closure of him. Kacy defendly was the stronger one in that relationship.

It's because he's a family man and also masculine, he's a provider and protector. It's something she immediately recognized from him just by looking at him. Plus, knowing the fact that he was already taken, it made all the more desirable.

Overall, though, it's strange with Avery. She first saw him when Kayce moved into the bunkhouse. And apparently they lived together in the same room with the other cowboys for a few weeks or months before Kayce moved into the foreman's house. But there is no other scene in the entire series where you can tell that Avery wants something from Kayce. Even when Rip mops the floor with Kayce in season 2, she doesn't make a move. And here she acts like she barely knew who he was on the ranch the whole time.

I don't think so. Avery looks very interested, that's true, but Kayce is rather irritated because he probably didn't know before that a woman also lives in the bunkhouse, which wasn't usual until then. You can see him shaking his head before he climbs onto his bed.

I mean, Monica can be annoying and at times self-absorbed; but the one thing I can stand is a cheater and if Kayce cheats, it will most definitely change how I see his character! They have gone through a lot, but we can see how much they love each other and their son and so hopefully they work through this (maybe go to therapy) 🤷🏽‍♀️

Avery says that she experienced Love at First Sight with Kayce. And I 100% believe it, just by how she looks at him. Electric. In her eyes, I see that Shakespearean fire - "And all my fortunes at thy feet, I'll lay. And follow thee my Lord, throughout the world." Avery would die for that man on day 1. Monice better recognize - the universe has put her on notice.

Like, she needs to go away! 😩 I totally agree with you that Avery will pick a moment where she senses tension between them and make her move! Kayce, being vulnerable (at whatever moment) will fall for this and her work is done! That's the only reason she's on the show. 🤷🏽‍♀️😑

I remember one time driving my semi in Nevada, I had to pick up a load off of i-80 near reno. after getting the load and heading out, had to stop and wait for like 2 dozen wild mustangs to cross a road that were grazing. it was cool to see. one even came by my driver's window and was able to reach out and pet it.

Seems odd that the character Rip didn’t walk into the bunkhouse and finish taking care of it that afternoon. It’s not like Laramie can hide the fact she is at the ranch and if Teeter knew she was supposed to leave so did Laramie.

Monica Reminds me of Walker in his first round at the ranch where he was just complaining and we all just wanted him to get with the program and leave. I think we’re the same with Monica, but she really doesn’t have a role at the ranch. Although I would like to see Avery return as a hand, maybe they can just leave the tension there between her and Kayce for a while. I’m sure none of us want to see any more relationship drama with Kayce for a while. I would also like Summer and her band of protesters save the ranch and end up in something that kills her Jamie’s Bio-dad and his baby mama resulting in them all being back on the ranch

This was kinda dumb, they made a big deal about how difficult it would be getting the horses back and then they got them back in 5 seconds no problem. Then they make a big deal about not allowing women in the bunkhouse and 5 minutes later the women are in the bunkhouse, why bother wasting our time? Seems like the writers are getting lazy
