Islamabad, Pakistan ➖After a fun time up in the mountains, it was time to head back to Islamabad, for one reason. Cheese Paratha. Unfortunately in the North, I was unable to find my favourite Pakistani meal, but I was definitely going to make the most of my time back in ISB.
As always, the guys at Quetta Chai were funny, caring and accommodating. It's always a great time whenever I eat there, and they told me that you guys have been loving it as well! So happy to see you all supporting their business!

the translation of 5:01 is we put the then the the gas at normal so it don't burn or it will burn we need to cook it gently then we need to wait 10 mins for it to be fully cooked this is the translation you wanted right read my comment and reply and give it a heart and I am from Pakistan,Karachi

I understand you feel you brought them a lot of business so you can take the food for free when they offer it and also show the hospitality of Pakistan, but only do this when you know it's the OWNER offering it to you. The reason you got "angry" comments on the last video was because it was a waiter (from what we understood) that was paying for you and you never tried to refuse his offer (it's common courtesy in Pakistan to refuse a free offer and play that game of giving money back and forth like you did in this video). So if it's the owner, just take the free offer, but if it's a waiter, you should forcefully pay him as you did in this video because they make very less money. Hope you didn't mind the comments on the last video, we're just trying to help you out with the culture and also trying not to set bad precedents for other foreigners watching.

He is teaching him the Pakistani culture and Pakistani way. From what i am gathering he really likes Pakistan specially Islamabad and who is to say he might not be coming back for a longer trip. Also can someone please tell him to stop hitchhiking asking lift from random people , i think it is very dangerous specially for a foreigner.

Doing really good Luke. Roll the parata like a wrap and bite. You can get different types of paratas readymade which you have to heat on the tava (frying pan) in Sydney at the Indian grocery stores for sure. Take care. Safe travelling. ❤️🇦🇺

You learnt fast.. this is how you give cash and pay for your food. These are the laborers who works at the bottom of economy and to pay them is really important for all the tourists in Pakistan. Their hearts are so big but at the end they cut some corners to feed their own family. So good job and keep paying for what you buy or services you hired for yourself!!

so Luke you asked for translation ; the guy who was speaking Urdu is seemed to be master chef so he was teaching the guy who was making the paratha that for how many minutes he had to keep it on one side and also to make it slow , not in Hurry .every one is trying to give their input to make it the best paratha for you. You made me hungry sitting here in North America. Lat time when you were here and I watched you eat paratha , it reminded me of my past and next day I had to find frozen paratha in grocery store to cook it for myself , it felt so good.

Hey Luke, it was great to see you back in Islamabad, but more exciting news for us is to know that you are going back to Pakistan next year. I have to tell you that I will be back to Pakistan (Islamabad) next year in September too. I would love to meet with you there, but if you come visit USA then I am here in New York city, look for me. I also want to tell you that you should get a local "well English speaking" volunteer who knows the inside out of the city you are wandering, otherwise either you would be lost in translation or people will mislead/misguide you too.
