Welcome back to Bohol, Just an FYI the mall in Talibon has a funworld arcade for the kida and The Buzz restaurant has good cheese pizza and angus burgers and I think we are going back there this Saturday again. Once again welcome back home here in Bohol.

I remember being separated from my family for many years. I had made trips to visit my parents but many of my brothers and sisters I had not seen for more than seven years. There was a potluck dinner at my family's church and many of my brothers and sisters were attending. I decided to go. I stopped and bought a couple of apple pies on the way. When I arrived I spotted my oldest brother's wife. She spotted me and rushed over. She scolded me, "You brought pies! I was suppised to bring pies!" She stormed off. One if my brothers shook my hand. One of my nieces greeted me and asked who I was. Other than that, no response. When I tell people the fire department became my family, I am actually serious. This is part of the reason we decided to raise our children here in the Philippines. There is love here.
Hello family! So glad to see the update! Emy and I will be leaving on a jet plane very soon to do the exact same thing. I have not seen family there since 2018. And this time I will finally get to introduce myself as Dad to our son. Hopefully the government wheels will grind and move. We will get to take him back with us to America. It has been very difficult for my Emy to bear this time away from him. Many tears been shed and many prayers have been prayed for the papers to arrive in the mail. Prayers are appreciated! Both of our hearts are beaten and worn from the ordeal.
