Right there with you since I retired 3 yrs ago I started imtermitent fasting eating 2 meals a day 12noon and 5:30pm and regular exercise with no gym membership only a pair of dumbbells. As a result I dropped from 203lbs down to 173. No more blood pressure or cholesterol meds. We went to the market when the noise of the resort's generator 'kicked in'. We saw John there & had a photo with him and then returned to generator noise until 5.50 pm ish. Our room was cool but the noise on reflection was worse. John did the right thing by getting in his pool with the kids. 😂
It's nice to see the Sunday market. Unfortunate about the brown out. But it happens. My fiance and I will see you in about a week. We are happy to be returning. We watch your videos as like an update to what's happening at Marpas and Valencia. Keep it up!
