I hope no one is buying things from the bazaar I can't think of a better way to make it clear that this update was ridiculously full of bugs and that they still haven't fixed prior bugs. It's been 3 days and they haven't even addressed these issues with us much less with a patch. Do not reward them financially for this. Do what you want but keep in mind most of the bugs we see now, like the crafters teleporting to 0,0,0, were known issues when they were Beta Testing.
Great Video Wak. I think everyone is waiting for the crafter thrall bug patch. It's unfortunate but was planned for by me. I'm really enjoying the new voice lines with Companions and the quests , while time gated were fun!
Any one having problems with building? When I place a bed, I constantly get the message, “ view obstructed.” So I have to crouch in order to place furniture. Also placing items close to a wall. It maybe me, but I’ve never had this problem before.
...You know what I'm starting to think? I've heard of this falling through foundations, thralls falling through foundations issue for a long time. And now, thralls are disappearing into the sky or off the map or whatnot when the living settlements is enabled but not when it's disabled makes me wonder about something. Conan exiles for being such a big game with a big map and so much stuff on it must have a way of keeping its hardware requirement to not space-age levels. I wonder if all these issues including the living settlements one stems from one broken part: How conan exiles loads and unloads things. You ever kill a human NPC on a hill or any surface really, turn around and walk away, then turn back and walk back? They tend to disappear or be a disembodied mess in the air visually. I'm beginning to wonder if maybe the living settlements update is busted because if you for example walk away from your base to go on a journey say halfway across the map, I doubt the game is prioritizing the functionality of living settlements while your base and thralls are effectively "unloaded" so that instead of keeping everything in memory and destroying your computer, it doesn't do that. If the issue goes that far back to something so basic sounding, I wonder if it's feasible to change how the loading and unloading of objects in conan exiles works at all? *This is reposted here because this is a reupload*
@@nicholasm911 Yeah, Ive heard. Mine are just gone though. Deleted from my follower list. ive moved on though. The was prevalent throughout the beta and they still released it, and theres been no fix or even a statement from the dev team.
My question is do you just neeed one of each per base? it seems like one wants to do it all even smelters when you have like 12 furnances now. I cant seem to assgn them any longer.
Feeding pots not fixed on official , worker thralls / bench thralls are being deleted / teleported to G-9 in the air and are largely un recoverable. I have lost most all of mine. Freya is nice, i would enjoy a bit more conversation from here tho. As a companion i was expecting more interaction after the initial quest. Ty for the videos, love your content. Please tell Funcom to fix the game we spent good money on.
Anybody know where the bartenders go? All of them are missing on our server. We had to do purges to get new ones. I guess Wak had the same issue. Is everyone having it? Or just the unlucky few?
@@dogfacemarc7784 Yes. Too late now though. But a bigger issue in Exiled Lands are crafter thralls teleporting to a spot south east of the broken basin, the broken aqueduct in the highlands. You should find crafters on the ground, some floating in the sky.
Didn‘t lose any thralls anymore since i walled them in and climb myself in and out of the base lol. Maybe try it with some cheap and easy to get tavern t2-t3 thralls yourself :)
The start up screen on conan is all blurry, hurts ur eyes to look at it, seriously. Thralls are missing, time gated missoins for two thralls? Hot garbage
The other day I was checking the patrons in my tavern and I saw a T3 bearer. I usually don’t pay attention to T3 but this one said it was Skelos. 🤔Skelos? So I hired her and put her down 65k hp . What 65k that has to have her exp to level in the hp bar. Nope she has 65k hp at level 1 . I now have her at level 16 and I have well trained so she is sitting at 116662 hp. Oh and she hits like a truck.
Edit: Wak, I know your heart is in the right place. But those Thrall Pots and Feeding Boxes do not work any better than they did before. They are not fixed. Original Post: Wak, I am cautiously optomistic about the thrall pot. I do hope its fixed. I will test. Having said that, over the last 5 years I have never had an issue with the thrall pot not feeding my thralls or the animal box not feeding my animals. Nor have I met anyone in game that had that issue. It was always that some thralls took all of the gruel and then other thralls went hungry because they ate gruel from the pot only when hungry instead of hoarding the gruel in their inventory. Animals did the same but additionally the animals would take foods they won't even eat.
I had one bug pop up. Haven't played in about a year because age of war was boring. But I had a bug where in the spider cave my follower pet teleported above the cave and got koed by rocknose. So I had to get up there and revive it. I've played through lots of gliches so I don't mind some of these bugs. Most are not make or break because I love the game but I do also understand people being annoyed that after so many years they still break stuff as new things are being added.
