"Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he CANNOT ENTER into the kingdom of God." But I as you are "born again", the Lord invites all to be born ...of water and of the Spirit..."! _______ Brother Villa.
Have you read Acts 1:8__? The Gospel that Saves was to be preached to (1) "...Jerusalem, and all Judea,,,"; (2) "...Samaria..."; and (3) "...to the uttermost parts of the world (Gentiles)." ___ The fulfillment of that commandment is [first] found in the Book of Acts. Any other corresponding scriptures should align with the context there! ____ Brother Villa.
Being "Born Again" [is not] salvation, but God's invitation [to be saved]! The scriptures read: "Except a man is born (conceived) again (from above) he cannot see (understand, perceive, discern) the kingdom of God." Therefore, except God gives us the light to [see] where we are at (total darkness), we are not able to CHOOSE righteousness (repent of our evil deeds)! Jesus said, "He that believes (repents) AND is baptized [shall be] saved." Therefore, neither believing alone or baptism alone can save us. But it is by believing and [OBEYING] that we receive the [Promise] of the Holy Spirit: and it is the indwelling of the Holy Spirit by which we can "...enter into the kingdom of God." ___ Brother V.
Didn't Jesus become the first born from the dead?? Therefore it's a false doctrine to teach born again is being saved. We will be born again at the resurrection then will see the kingdom. Jesus was first born from the dead
