REVAMPED GRANGER WITH UNLIMITED BULLETS | NEW UPDATE 

The concept of the very first Kimmy....

Unnecessary? Yes. Is it Moonton's fault? No. Granger is already really good right now, just some small adjustments will make him enter the spotlight again. But players voted him for the Reforge Your Legend event so it is what it is. Some players still don't understand this event, they think this event is giving them a Legend Skin (which is weird if they pick Granger because he already has one) or just genuinely don't know Granger's potential and mechanic. Right now he's not suitable for Gold Lane but he's a decent Jungler as he's one of the only Junglers that has long range.

If there's vote revamp again, pls let just Mythic Glory + player able to vote.

They even removed his iconic last bullet crit. This should have been a new hero not a revamp.

As a (Former) Granger main, this is a nerf in his kit. Here’s why: 1. The “Red Bullet” trick has disappeared. This kit relies on 1st skill as the main source of damage. Of course the old Granger has the same disadvantage where his 1st skill was the main source of damage but he wasn’t too dependent on it as his basic attack can already burst squishies down in mid game as well. Along with this, the crit has also disappeared, forcing anyone who builds Berserker’s Fury to remove it from the full item set. (But he’s already strong without it.) 2. The CDR to Attack Conversion Passive of Suyou is here. This makes Granger slightly stronger with more CDR. This helps with the 1st skill and Ult to have more impact since they require energy now to be casted, but the problem is his skill 2. Nowhere in the skill description say that Rhapsody (Skill 1) will decrease Rondo’s (Skill 2) CD, so expect a slightly longer delay when using it. 3. The bullet stack similar to Cecilion is not exactly as game-changing as I thought. Granger’s Rhapsody (1st) and Death Sonata (Ult) relies on energy to use. (Unknown whether Blue Buff decreases this consuption.) This damages his early power slightly at level 1, luckily this is compensated by increasing the energy limit with kills (minion/creep/hero by +4/+8/+12 respectively.) The potential this Granger has will start to shine in Mid-game instead of when the player first buys Hunter Strike. This forces the players who main him to play him safely before the stacks reach like 60-80. The only issue is that the recent Moonton updates outright slows down development of mid-late game heroes by a significant margin to the point that Granger will feel toned down the moment his power spikes. 4. Death Sonata (Ult) is back to what it used to be, it no longer has Lost HP-based damage. This is fair because you can cast it multiple times and have 0 CD, but there’s a problem, Rhapsody (1st skill) also gas 0 CD, so if you’re planning to go on headfirst, keep using it. Death Sonata is slightly redundant if your gameplay with Granger is on the aggressive side. But that doesn’t mean it’s useless, you can still use it when you need a safe distance to kill or damage. 5. Build changes. Usually the Granger build goes something like this: Tough/Warrior/Magic Boots Hunter Strike Brute Force Breastplate Endless Battle Blade of Despair Malefic Roar (Extra Items) Sea Halberd Any Defense Item Endless Battle now feels useless (See Point 1), It would now be replaced by War Axe, causing a slight delay in his damage dealing capabilities. 5. His early game capability fell off and since he fires off more bullets in Rhapsody (Skill 1), his damage scaling has fallen off the rails. You need to let every single bullet hit to make sure you deal a lot of damage, but since enemies can easily sidestep his Rhapsody, it’s not a good sign for his early game. His position as a jungler is falling off too, as bursting down creeps feels a lot slower, making him the slowest jungler EARLY GAME even with Seasoned Hunter. But there are good things as well: 1. This Granger, when played in Gold Lane, is slightly better than his old version. The main issue when Granger mains play him is his lack of mobility early game. Now that Rhapsody (Skill 1) offers extra 15% movement speed when casted, you can play him slightly more aggressive to harrass lategame MMs at Level 1. (But do keep it safe.) 2. With Rhapsody (Skill 1) and Death Sonata (Ultimate) having 0 CD, this allows Granger to stay in battle longer when a teamfight happens, along with the stacks in his passive reaching 60-80, you’ll feel like he can harrass targets for longer and he won’t feel like a usual hit-and-run assassin. Although, you’ll need to stack up in order to feel his power spike. 3. That stack passive also allows Granger to farm faster when MID GAME arrives. This could potentially make him one of the fastest marksmen to kill creeps (next to Popol) as time accumulates. And this stack also gives more incentive to farming creeps (and minions while pushing) to push his powerspike even higher.

Each kill will add up the energy for his gun and cannon. I would love to play him as a Marksman if this update would be released soon

Reminder to everyone that the majority of the player base is the one responsible for this revamp, honestly there's a fat chance that the players don't even know what they're voting for and just dumped their votes on the leading hero which is Granger. Moonton should probably just make the Reforge Your Legend event exclusive to mythic players only to avoid situations like this

They take out what makes him special. The final bullet burst damage really suits his character so well. A musician who loves perfection and the crescendo of his performance, which is yes, his 5th bullet and his 3rd ult. I know this would be great for him to thrive in the meta, but still...

Bullets to Energy from Granger. The fact they give him CD reduction to increase atk like the first Souyu. And Lolita really would gladly take all those bullets. This adjustment is one thing I want Lunox to have but understanding the balance.

I kinda like the old granger where you have to be more strategic with his sixth bullet passive, the low cd dash with damage buff and the no mana cost skills. The new one feels like a modern clint knockoff and the type of hero with annoying spammable skills.

This Revamp Granger Energy Mechanic Kinda Reminds me of Kimmy when she's First released in the advance server and not yet released in the original server

My issue here is that the ability to permanently increase Maximum Energy, kind of defeats the purpose of using Energy in the first place. Remember, Energy is used to punish ability spam throughout the whole game. Maybe it became loosen as time goes on, but it can't be spammed like crazy. The ability to increase Maximum Energy however, pretty much allows him to spam his abilities like crazy in the late game.

I think Granger is fine as he is. There are other heroes in need of revamp or visual update

This revamp is a direct evidence that showcases that the majority of ML players are kids with 0 attention span and will vote for anything just for the sake of voting. They might've thought Moonton was goona give Granger a legend skin or something similar LMAO. No doubt why I always get trolls and newbies in my rank matches.
