As far as I remember, if a station is within reach of 2 industrial plants, then the products can transfer between them without being transported. So, in the case of a wheat farm and food processing plant, the only transportation necessary is the food going out to whichever city requires it. Unless the devs have changed things and I've not noticed due to the likelihood of 2 industrial plants not being placed close enough to each other to do that. If it still applies, then you should see food accumulate on the freight platforms, assuming you have a line to take it to a nearby city that requires it, of course. Having said all that, I noticed the city it's at requires food, so you may not have to transport it at all. In fact, just having the station there is enough to do the whole process for you, assuming the station is within reach of where the food is required within the city, that is! 🤣 One trick is not to use end stations for freight, as the trains have to travel all the way to the end, whereas with the through stations they only stop in the centre of the platform. This saves a bit of time when loading and offloading items. I noticed at 35:22 when you put the track in leading from the train depot that you placed in a second track, when you only really needed to use a double switch on the single track that led over both tracks. It's useful when you want trains leading from a single track but want them to go onto a track that it crosses as well as the one it leads onto. If that makes any sense(!)
