middle class people are suffering with the profit loss booking due to cut off indexation in the case selling of their plots and inheritance bunglows in emergency situations whether it is selling for their daughter's higher education and marriage or for any health issues due to chronic diseases... this kind of budget decissions are brutally killing middle class people future requirements and goals 😢

Sir Already RERA in place, they can come out with more effective rules to regulate but why take out indexation benefit. Its govt failure to contain inflation but why tax people. When people are buying other essential goods at high prices, is the govt reimburse. Looks like move is only to tax more for revenues, not for regulate. BJP is meant for tax harassment. They themselves legalise black money by electoral bonds. When it comes to political parties, nothing is transparent.
