Reveal, Cljfx and Defold editor are all connected. The idea for Reveal occurred to me around the time when I got the job at Defold. By that time, I got used to React, and I wanted something like that to exist for JavaFX, both because I'd prefer to write UIs in react-like style at Defold, and because I wanted to make Reveal UIs extensible. I felt that using imperative style for JavaFX in Reveal for extension points would be painful, and writing Reveal UI in imperative style would also be painful. So I made Cljfx first, both to use it in Defold and to write Reveal with it, and then I wrote Reveal in it and now use it in Defold :)
