I have that same wallet and love it. I wanted another one and finally found one in the epi leather and they mailed it to me. When I got it ...it also had a place that kinda stuck out like you were just looking at. I payed $860 for it so I called my SA and she said that was from where the inside zipper was sticking out and caused the leather to stick out and it had actually stretched out the cloth on the zipper. She said use it for a week and don't zip that inside pocket so it won't get stuck causing that problem. I don't think it's going to go back and i LOVE it...but I'm not going to pay that much money with a defect. Also, the zipper just didn't look right either...when closed it didn't line up...I'm sending it back. There's another wallet that kinda looks like the ZC...and it's the Pallas Compact. I do love the ZCW. I do not like the new ones at all....
