To be fair, most of the excess deaths occurred in highly vaccinated populations. Although it was a vile, dispicable act perpetrated by the US government, it may actually have saved many of the lives it wagered.

The article talks about how the Philippine president "would no longer challenge Beijing's aggressive expansion ..." as long as China will provide vaccines (When the article mentioned that China was willing to donate Sinovac to the whole world knowing COVID has to be eradicated around the world), but doesn't say anything about the Philippines already BOUGHT vaccines like Moderna, and US didn't deliver it, and lackey PH ambassador to the US went to President Duterte and begged him reinstate the Visiting Forces Agreement (which allows US bases in the country) as a clause for Philippines to finally receive the purchased US vaccines. The PH president relented because some Filipinos didn't want Sinovac and the COVID death toll was rising. Could this action of the US be considered the T word or the G word?
I hope Filipinos are watching this and reading what Reuters is reporting. I'm just surprised Reuters were allowed to report on this. And I'd also go one step further and say the American regime were directly involved in the starting of the pandemic. Fun fact; once injured you find dozens of others who had the same or know others. I went from "Well everyone seems OK?" to being surrounded by people with horror stories.
