Not a matter of getting rich. It's a matter of knowing that if you lose your job for whatever reason, you won't have to panic about getting a new one. If I lose my job, I have enough to cover me for 3-4 years. The goal is 25 years.

I realized that the secret to making a million is saving for a better investment. I always tell myself you don't need that new Maserati or that vacation in Paris just yet and that mindset helps me make more money investing. For example last year I invested 70 grand in blue chip stocks (with the help of my advisor of course) and made about 380k, but guess what? I put it back and traded with her again and now I'm rounding up close to a million.

Ali, I really loved the way you've categorized your portfolio of youtube videos, skillshare classes, etc. as an asset class of "digital assets". When most people think of digital assets, CryptoPunk NFTs or Bored Apes probably come to mind, but to expand that definition to include things like podcasts, videos, and other "assets" you've created and which act so much like digital amalgams of traditional assets (provides you monthly cash flow like a bond or real estate, but with a variable return based on profitability like an equity (since you own the video yourself) is novel and ingenious. That idea alone has really expanded my understanding of what an "asset" can be in today's day & age. Thanks for the great content, as always!
