Cebu is my favorite place down south. I visited it 4 times, 2 of them on official business and the other 2 personal. I went further north up to Danao City and further south to Argao on the Cebu mainland, visited Cebu uptown where the rich and famous live, downtown to the oldest street in the country- Carbon, Magellan's Cross and nearby Basilica Sto. Nino, oldest bakeshop, and many more.

I love this vlog. Cebu is small and it is known to have City ,Mountain and beaches in a 30 -1 hour trip from the city.

When the lockdown was implemented on March 13, 2020, Savemore save the day for us as we were able to buy our regular prime commodities without the overflowing crowd of panicking shoppers we experienced at Landmark and Waltermart supermarkets. In fact, we were just about ten shoppers at the supermarket at that time. We were able to buy 6-5 kilo bags of rice, 20 450 grams mackerel and sardines, 4-2 liters canola oil, 10-450 grams Hunt's Pork and Beans, 48 rolls of toilet paper, 2 kilos white sugar and many more totaling Php10,000.

That big fruit is called calabash in English but locals erroneously call it miracle fruit due to its supposedly medicinal property. That plant is native to South America and was only brought here in the Philippines very recently.

I just notice.. Lucy picked up a diaper with a girl picture on the wrapper. Please correct me if I'm wrong because some of the baby diaper's now a days differ between for the boys and girls. They put more powder gel absorber on the part where the boys get wet when they pee which is the front part and the once for the girls is more on the center. Well sometimes it really doesn't matter because they all get wet. But if you think it's reasonable maybe you can ask the store staff if the photo (boy/girl) really mean one is different from the other.😊

That green fruit is called pomelo. It's like grapefruit, but does not have a bitter after taste. It's juicy and and not sour at all.

It's not Suha or Pomelo,.it's actually Calabash or Miracle fruit an ornamental plant but the fruit has many medicinal benefits..

Totally, agree with that place George and Lucy.. Solea Mactan, really a nice resort. Stayed there last September and it was soo nice and we enjoyed especially their Waterpark, their pools, and their beachside too.. Cant wait to bring my whole family again when I go home CEBU for vacation.. ENJOY guys.. Stay safe.

It’s a citrus fruit called suha in Tagalog , pomelo in Spanish.Some are sweet and some are sour. If the outside is still green, it’s not ripe yet. Wait till it’s yellow in color .

Yes... i've been to Cebu more than 10× already. And i like it so much esp. the fresh foods from the sea. And also the beaches it is quite different from the beaches in Luzon. I don't know why? The mountains are so more peculiar because of the long mountain ranges with much more hills than Bohol

ya should stay in 6star hotel in cebu in FILI HOTEL is near by the sea also also beside the biggest mall in cebu called SM SEASIDE MALL they have iceskating near the ocean park where you can see lots of animals as well beautiful view at the top :) i guess that was miracle fruit lucy

That big fruit you saw on a tree is a Pomelo. It’s a Citrus fruit. Botanical name is Citrus Maxima, meaning it’s the biggest citrus fruit.
