Ripple Tea or Tata Kannan Devan Tea

Every human being is different & we can't standardise everything. Child develops different skills at their own phase. Children can vary widely in when they start walking, and some may take their first steps closer to 16-18 months. He is not walking without small support but he shows other signs of development, such as crawling, pulling up, and exploring, it might be within a normal range. Even I took 3yrs to walk.

Mr. SM, we are not doctors, not you, not me. Missing one milestone is not a huge problem. But, he is lacking in so many areas, physical and mental development. I'm seeing many red flags that I saw in my son. Take him to a good pediatrician or ABA therapist who have experience with Autism, they'll do proper analysis and tell you what I mean. I may sound rude, but I don't want another parent doing the mistakes I made by delaying taking help for Autism. It is a developmental disorder, it won't show up in any scan or MRI. Only when the child grows, these things will be visible.

We did all the required tests & everything looks normal. You have to consider the fact that there is a huge milestone delay at the beginning, almost he achieved zero milestone till he is 10 months old. Once he started to achieve the milestone, he is showing improvement on a weekly basis. He is more cautious while walking he barely uses our hands as support. Thoughts like your scared logu to death & it took nearly 6months to bring her back to normal. If something is uncommon don't treat it as unacceptable. But we did all the required tests & if something is abnormal we could have gone for more intense treatment.

I remember the tests you did at month 10. There is no medical test for Autism, it has to be analysed with behavioral analysis. He is not catching up, he has development of a 6-8 month old child in all areas. All the missed early milestones are the first signs of Autism. These are not my "thoughts", I'm a parent and talking from experience. You are concerned about your wife getting scared, but not about the child. She is right and should be worried. Somehow you convinced her that everything is normal. The same mistake I did to my wife and I have to live with it for rest of my life. Wasted several years without diagnosing properly and starting therapy. Go to a good center in coimbatore and do proper diagnosis and start therapies, speech, physical, occupational. Dharapuram is not a good place for all this. Don't be stubborn that everything is normal, face the reality and start the therapy.
