REVELL BLACK PEARL PIRATE SHIP DIORAMA FULL BUIL VIDEO 

I am a retired disabled guy that has always enjoyed building models but I just built them. Today yall put life to them. I can only keep trying to learn stuff from your videos. Sailing ships are my strong models but the sea is what I am scared of trying. You are really good in my book. Thank you for making your videos.

The Black Pearl lives! What a great example of skill and foresight, taking a simple kit and making look like so good.

Nice. I tried my hand at a sailing ship, the U.S.S. Constitution, I believe it was Revell...but I was about 10 or 11 at the time...so very much still learning. When it came time to the rigging? WAY beyond my ability!! Moved on to airplane kits, spaceships, R/C....then had my flying career. Retired 767 captain now, and surprisingly, still have some modeling skills. But, videos like yours are valuable for technique and ideas. Kudos.

I'm 55 years old and haven't built a model since the age of 14. I was impressed with how you were able to age your ship. But what impressed me most is the techniques you used to make flowing water around your ship. I've never seen water around the model looks so realistic. I learned something here today and that is good thing. Thanks for the video. I never thought a loctite model could but so good.

You turned a simple snap kit into art. Really like the black and white movie look. Bravo brother

Great looking ship. But could do with some crew figures. A Jack Sparrow figure stood on deck would be great lol.

The Black Pearl is one of my favorite fictional ships But the sad thing is that I don't have a model kit of it Since I'm planning on getting the Zvezda IJN Shinano model (note the Zvezda model is a relaunch of Revells Shinano) And after when I get the Shinano the Black pearl is next Great build

Im 60 years old & have built that model 3 times, for the longest time that model wz known as the Black Falcon and alot of aquarium shops sell that same ship in 2 pcs and the life boat rises to admits bubbles, but back in the day it was never a snap together, kids had use their minds back then...lol instead of cell phones & goggle! But hey nice built especially the ocean. Here's an idea I'd love get started, build a replica titanic or battleship, that 2 ppl could cruise around in, powered by troll motors, for ponds & lakes 😎👍

i see on the video that u had the same problems with this kit just as i did one anchor didnt fit on the side and the back plate of the ship didnt fit but this model was so fun to built it took me only two days with all the weathering and it looks great. great job and keep it going

For some reason, the word "pirate" helps selling ship models...i found once a fine lindbergh model of the french frigate "Flore" which had to withstand the indignity of being downgraded to a "jolly roger pirate ship". I suppose it has something to do with the idea of catching chidren's fantasy, so every ship with sails and cannon from the carrack to the first rate man-of-war becomes a "pirate ship"...the only problem is that these models aren't by any means "toys". This nice and well built diorama represents a medium sized galleon, certainly not a pirate's favorite mount! Nicely done, anyway, and beautifully rendered water!!

Now we just need Assassin's creed Jackdaw model kit good build tho👍

The black pearl actually doesn't have gold it actually Grey and green color

Great work the best work on black pearl I have ever seen I really appreciate it, but if you don't mind I would like to give a suggestion well the Black Pearl don't have Golden color its silver that golden color was really making a very highlighted mistake, so if you can change it then please sir change it No offense but its true Black Pearl is a classic Ship which has Black and silver color on the sculptures, windows, etc.

Just watched this, this morning. ( Whilst in bed with a coffee(lazy morning day))I bought my partner this kit last year. She is now sat up in bed assembling this, her first model kit! Later she will do it downstairs.

The use of greys was a brilliant way to create the texture and depth the black alone lacked! And Bravo to Anyone even Attempting Rigging on that base! Very nice work sir.

I find it really amazing how Revell released both the "Black Diamond" and the "Black Pearl", I like to think the Diamond is one of the ships of Captain Sparrow's fleet, the Pearl being the flagship and such. I don't know for sure but it's possible.

I noticed the three lights on the back of the ship are a bit loose so I have to ask did you put glue on them or did you pressure them until they hold still ? ( in case you did use glue which kind did you use ?) ( hot glue or superglue ?)

I don't remember any Gold painted surfaces on the Pearl. I thought she was solid black hence her name. Mr. Gibbs....you may toss my hat.

How did you get the sides and back attached i cant get the sides to click from middle to front and back wont click at all any tips?

At 1:150th-scale, one could create a full crew complement (I would estimate 200) with N-gauge model railroading figurines. Does any model maker offer a kit of a similar vessel in the same scale? I would like to make a diorama of a sea battle, where our narrative in three dimensions would show our doughty comrades are besting their foe . . . .

C'est vraiment une magnifique réalisation montrée ici et très très haut la main, c'est du très grand art... 'Du level' comme on dis... 😳, moi j'en vois une photo, d'un navire tel que ce 'black pearl' et son 'fantômatique' équipage se dirige tout droit et près à sortir de son cadre maritime suivi de son canot de sauvetage en remorque ... J'ai ce même black pearl et actuellement dessus, et je ne cache pas m'inspirer très largement de cette réalisation de toute beauté...

Fantastic little kit ! Will definitely buy this bugger. Just got done with Linbergs Capt Morgan and Capt Kidd ships. thinking of this one before I start Linbergs jolly Rodgers. Try these Linberg kits.. I think you'll like them.
